Free Crypto Alerts: Price, Funding Rate & Open Interest Notifications

Crypto alerts that watch the whole futures market, not one exchange. Get notified by email or Telegram when a coin crosses a price level, when its 24h price or open interest moves sharply, when funding turns extreme, or when the Coinfuty radar spots unusual activity — on 500+ coins, aggregated across nearly twenty derivatives exchanges.

What you can get alerted on

Every rule is tied to one coin and evaluated once a minute against the aggregated data behind the Coinfuty dashboards — the same numbers you see on the coin pages.

$100,000crossed ↑

Price crosses a level

Fires when the aggregated futures price crosses a USD level you set — upward, downward or either way. The classic price alert, without a single exchange's wick deciding whether it triggers.

Example BTC crosses $100,000 upward

−8% / 24hdropped below

Price 24h change

Fires when a coin's 24-hour price change moves above or below a percentage threshold — catch a breakout or a dump without watching the chart.

Example SOL 24h change below −8%

+15% / 24h

Open interest 24h change

Fires when aggregated open interest across exchanges jumps or collapses by more than your threshold in 24 hours — the earliest sign that leverage is piling in or being flushed out.

Example ETH open interest 24h change above +15%

0.05% / 8hlongs overpaying

Funding rate

Fires when the open-interest-weighted funding rate goes above or below a level — spot overheated longs paying up, or shorts crowding in when funding turns deeply negative.

Example DOGE funding above 0.05% per 8h

OI surgeliq spikevol spikefunding hot

Unusual-activity signal

Fires when the Coinfuty radar flags one of nine anomalies on a coin: open interest surge or flush, funding hot or cold, liquidation spike, long/short buy or sell imbalance, volume spike or volume dry-up. Pick one signal or subscribe to all of them.

How crypto notifications are delivered

Instant email

Delivered within a minute of the condition turning true. Several rules firing in the same minute are bundled into one email, and instant emails are capped at 10 per day so a volatile session never floods your inbox.

Daily digest

One email per day at the hour you choose, in your own time zone, summarising every alert that fired plus a snapshot of your watchlist coins.

Telegram

Link @CoinfutyBot to your account once and alerts arrive as Telegram messages. The same bot answers quick lookups — send a symbol like BTC to get price, open interest, funding and liquidations.

Each rule picks its own channels, and email delivery is off by default until you turn it on from your account page.

Market-wide big-move alerts

Not every alert needs a rule. One switch on your account subscribes you to market-wide events: BTC or ETH moving more than 8% in 24 hours, any top-50 coin moving more than 20%, or a top-50 coin's open interest changing by more than 30% in a day. Events are scanned every few minutes, bundled into one email and never repeated for the same day.

How to set up a crypto alert in three steps

  1. 1

Sign in with your email or Google

There is no password to create. Enter your email and click the magic link we send you, or use Sign in with Google. The account is free and creates itself on first login.

  2. 2

    Add an alert rule

On your account page pick a coin, an alert type, a threshold and a cooldown. You can keep up to 20 rules active at once and a watchlist of up to 50 coins for the daily digest.

  3. 3

    Choose how to be notified

Tick instant email, daily digest, Telegram, or any combination per rule. Email delivery stays off until you switch it on, so nothing is sent until you are ready.

Coinfuty alerts vs Coinbase, Binance and other exchange alerts

Exchange apps are good at one thing: telling you the price of a coin on that exchange, usually the spot price, usually only if you hold an account there. Coinfuty alerts start where those stop. Price is aggregated across exchanges, so a thin book on one venue does not trigger a false alert. Open interest, funding rate and long/short imbalance alerts describe what leveraged traders are doing — data that exchange notification settings simply do not offer. And because the alerts read public market data, they work for any coin on any exchange without depositing funds anywhere.

Frequently asked questions

Are Coinfuty crypto alerts free?

Yes. Creating an account, setting up alert rules and receiving notifications by email or Telegram are all free. There is no premium tier required to unlock any alert type, and no credit card is asked for at any point.

Which coins can I set alerts on?

Any coin tracked on Coinfuty — more than 500 crypto futures markets aggregated across nearly twenty derivatives exchanges, from BTC and ETH down to newly listed perpetuals. If a coin has a page on Coinfuty, you can set an alert on it.

How fast do alerts arrive?

The alert engine evaluates every active rule once a minute against the latest aggregated market data. Instant email and Telegram notifications are sent in the same minute the condition turns true; the daily digest goes out once a day at the hour you choose.

What is the difference between Coinfuty alerts and exchange notifications?

Exchange apps such as Coinbase or Binance can notify you about the price on that one exchange, usually for spot markets. Coinfuty alerts watch the futures market as a whole: price aggregated across exchanges, open interest, funding rates and unusual-activity signals that no single exchange app exposes. They also work without holding funds on any exchange.

Why did my alert fire only once even though the condition is still true?

Alerts are edge-triggered: a rule fires when its condition flips from false to true, then waits for the cooldown you set (minimum 5 minutes, default 60) before it can fire again. A condition that simply stays true does not keep re-sending the same notification.

Can I get alerts for big market moves without setting rules?

Yes. A single account-level switch sends you a market-wide email whenever BTC or ETH move more than 8% in 24 hours, any top-50 coin moves more than 20%, or open interest on a top-50 coin changes by more than 30% in a day. Each event is sent once, bundled with any others in the same scan.

Do I need to install an app?

No. Alerts are configured in your browser on the Coinfuty account page and delivered to your email inbox or to Telegram. If you already use Telegram, link the bot once and notifications appear in that chat.
